Task 3 Facebook Article preceding the final video. In Malta football seems to be in everyone's heart, but how big of a space does it take up in the players who do their outmost in the pitch. In this feature we meet Yulya Carella, an aspiring female footballer, as she talks about the struggles she faces and how much she adores the game. Carella is an 18-year-old, Imgarr player, who has been in this field since the age of eight, when she first joined the Mosta team in 2014. She also joined the national team in the under fourteen category in 2016. Ever since then she has continued to establish her name in the scene, with a solid number of goals and assists, garnering traction from foreign teams as well. In recent months we have seen more female footballers come forward about what they face in Malta, regarding support from locals and struggles faced when it comes to the mentality of female vs. male football. Thursday 7 th December 2023, Malta By Emma Camillieri & Carlos Carella Federation of Armenia Maltese national woman footballer shares the struggles and challenges, she has faced trying to balance playing for the national team and local team.  Although Maltese football is popular within our country, its  standard is relatively low compared to other nations. This issue has persisted through many generations, forcing young players to choose between playing for foreign teams or staying in Malta. Furthermore, this also seems to persist as Maltese players do not seem to gain the support they need from locals, as they choose to follow foreign football more often. For this we will be interviewing an up-and-coming athlete named Yulya Carella who plays for the Imgarr local team and the Malta National Team. She has had 12 years of experience, playing for 3 different local teams, and 2 different categories of the national team since 2016. She would be a good candidate to gather information on the workings of how these two teams correspond and differ from each other. Over three decades of its debut (April 6, 2023), the single 'Fast Car' by Tracy Chapman wins Song Of The Year at the Country Music Award (CMAs). The highlight of this win for Chapman is that she has become the first black songwriter to win this award, since its creation in 1967.
